Contact us directly to find out about our availability and book your experience, or to organise a customised visit. We do not have regular opening hours, as this depends on a number of variables, as managing animals requires a great deal of commitment and energy.

We organise our walks 365 days a year, but they are subject to weather conditions. Even though our llamas are trained to walk, they don't like the rain or the wind, so we sometimes have to reschedule our walks.

Important information

Do's and don'ts to bear in mind at Bisou d’Alpaga

  • You are encouraged to feed the animals but only with the food we provide

  • Please don't attempt to stroke their faces, Alpacas do not like this

  • The Alpacas only have bottom teeth (no top teeth) so they cannot make a hard bite but be careful when feeding, Alpacas cannot diffrentiate between food and small fingers, so whilst an alpaca cannot 'bite' you, young children can sometimes be alarmed that it 'feels' like the animal is trying to bite!
  • They are easily scared, for example people waving their arms and hands around or they can be scared by loud and sudden noises like shouting, squealing or clapping, with this in mind we do ask that everyone remains calm and gentle with our animals at all times

  • Wear suitable shoes or boots, the ground is sometimes muddy

  • Try to avoid wearing clothing that will flap about and worry the animals

Thank you
